NCC Sponsorship of Ray Holman

Support for our Cultural Ambassadors: Chairman, National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC), Winston ‘Gypsy’ Peters shares a moment with cultural icon and renowned pannist and musician, Ray Holman, during a special presentation at the NCC’s Head Office in St. Clair last week. As part of an ongoing mandate to empower the cultural community, the NCC has sponsored Mr. Holman’s travel to UK where he will serve as a judge in the upcoming UK National Panorama Competition during the Notting Hill Carnival 2018 celebrations.
