New NCC Chairman Appointed

Dr. the Honourable Nyan Gadsby-Dolly, Minister of Community Development, Culture and the Arts appointed Mr. Winston ‘Gypsy’ Peters today, Friday April 20^th, 2018 as the new Chairman the National Carnival Commission.
