Veterans Calypso Monarch

Brother Valentino won the Veterans Calypso Monarch when he defeated 10 other competitors in a competition held at SWWTU Hall Wrightson Road, Port of Spain.

The Peoples' Calypsonian came up against Singing Francine, Contender, Poser, Brigo, Power, Brother Mudada, Organiser Explainer, Funny and Versatile.

Brother Valentino sang Glory Days and Life is a Stage to walk away the champion. Comimg in second was Organiser with Funny third.
