Queen's Park Savannah Vending Notice 2019

The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC) invites applications from persons / firms interested in operating vending booths at the Queen's Park Savannah during the Carnival 2019 Season.

  1. Applicants are asked to collect application forms from the National Carnival Commission's office, Queen's Park Savannah, Port of Spain during normal working hours – 8.00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday; 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Friday.
  2. Completed application forms must be returned to the National Carnival Commission's office, Queen's Park Savannah, Port of Spain, no later than 3.00 p.m. on Friday 11th January 2019.
  3. Successful applicants will be required to pay the stipulated concession fees to the Cashier, National Carnival Commission's office, Queen's Park Savannah, Port of Spain, prior to the occupation of assigned units.
  4. Successful applicants must produce valid food badges issued by the local Health Authority for the year 2019 to the National Carnival Commission's office, Queen's Park Savannah, prior to the occupation of assigned units.
  5. The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago reserves the right to refuse any application.
