COME TT 2019: The Heartbeat of Carnival Contest Winner

Congratulations, @chelseaparrizz, the winner of our COME TT 2019: The Heartbeat of Carnival contest.

The prize is a trip for two to Trinidad's Carnival in 2019, inclusive of hotel accommodation, free Carnival 2019 costumes, and tickets to selected Carnival fetes and NCC events.
