Panorama 2017 Semi-Finals Official Results - Small, Medium and Large Conventional
Desperadoes, Pan Elders and LH Pan Groove each topped their respective categories after Sunday’s National Panorama Semi Finals at the Queen’s Park Savannah, Port of Spain, Trinidad.
Both Desperadoes and Pan Elders are defending champions in their respective categories.
After seventeen (17) hours of sweet steelpan music, the results were announced.
Making the final cut are 15 Small Bands, 10 Medium and 11 Large Conventional Bands.
The first of two (2) Finals, the Small Conventional Bands, takes place on Thursday 23rd February Skinner Park, San Fernando, from 7:00 pm. This event is staged in collaboration with Petrotrin. Admission is $100. and tickets are available at the advertised outlets ie WACK 90.1fm, Atherly’s on Sutton Street, South/Central Pan Trinbago Regional Office, Park Street, S’do and PANVESCO, Victoria Park Suites, Park Street, Port of Spain.
Both the Medium & Large Bands will have their eight minutes of glory at the Queen’s Park Savannah, Port of Spain, on Saturday 25 February. Starting time is 7:00 pm. Tickets for this event are on sale at the NLCB outlets nationwide.
Patrons attending the events will be eligible for the grand door prize of return tickets to any Caribbean Airlines destination.

Fascinators will the first steelband on stage when the curtain for the National Panorama Semi Finals starts on Sunday February 12, at the Queen’s Park Savannah, Port of Spain, from 9:00 am
The band from El Dorado along with Our Boys of Tobago which will be performing at position 20, topped the Preliminary Round. The following is the playing positions:-
