Carnival 2020 Vending Restriction Notice

The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC) advises the public that vending in the Queen's Park Savannah (QPS) and environs will be restricted from Midnight Thursday, February 6, 2020 to Midnight Tuesday February 25, 2020.

Only persons who have been approved, accredited, and assigned to specific locations by the NCC will be allowed to ply their trade in the QPS and environs during the period referred to above.
