NCC Appoints Acting Chief Executive Officer - Nigel Williams

Port of Spain, Trinidad, Thursday November 3, 2022: The Board of Commissioners of the National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC) wishes to advise all its stakeholders of the appointment of Acting Chief Executive Officer, Nigel Williams, with effect from November 1, 2022 for a period of three (3) months. 

Mr. Williams is the current Finance Manager, having been a member of the NCC for the past five years. He replaces Mr. Colin Lucas, who concluded his successful term, ending October 31, 2022, and to whom the Commission extends our deepest thanks for his stewardship and commitment. 

As we extend our best wishes to Mr. Williams for a successful tenure, the NCC joins with many in further extending our support as we look, and work toward the future and to plans for Carnival 2023 and beyond.
